Huskie Tools Repair Goods Authorization Policy & Procedure
 

If you are returning an item for credit or your company is located OUTSIDE of the United States (exception: Canada), please call Huskie directly at 800-860-6170 for RGA number.

Online Form: Fill out the online RGA (Repair Goods Authorization) form below to receive an immediate RGA #. You will be unable to submit the form if you omit required fields, required fields are marked in red. Upon completion, a copy of the form with your RGA # will be sent to your email address. Please include a copy of this email with your product being return!

Download and print RGA Form (Repair Goods Authorization). Fill out the RGA form completely, please make sure you include the Bill To, Ship to and Phone #'s information. These items are highlighted in yellow on the form. Incomplete RGA forms will result in the delay of your item being repaired or returned. Return a copy of this completed form with your product being returned.

Pack:

To avoid damages, ship the product(s) in the appropriate packaging. Huskie will not be responsible for any damaged/lost items. Make sure to include a copy of the completed printable form or a copy of the email from the online form.
